Magnificent Mares

Toby's Black Rose was acquired in 2008.  She is 100% Foundation with extensive Shuffler bloodlinesShe is in foal to NorthStar Ransom for April 2010 and her Black 2009 filly (shown) out of Yakima Fireeagle, will be retained for future breeding stock.  She has a sweet loving nature and is a joy to be around.  Check back in the spring to see what she produces!

BBA Redpepper Flurry is a 2007 bay fewspot that we have listed for sale ,but, may be retained if not sold by breeding season in May 2010. She is out of Thunderspirit Sienna and Ulrich Red Pepper.  She is a natural Shuffler and will also be a color producer.  I am anxious to see what she and Ransom will have in 2011!

Foaled in 1998, and sired by Romeo, Romeo's Puf 0' Smoke (Smoker) is one of our best riding mares and color producers.  Her grace is only accentuated by the fact that she is also gaitedSmoothest mare I have ever ridden!!  Another that will never leave the farm!

And this is Smoker's full sister, Freckles Will Dew, foaled in 1999.  A great riding mare and only 14.2 hands makes her easy for an old gal like me to get on!!!  She, also, will stay with us!  She is the dam to Dillon and Lazer on the geldings page.  Both of these 2 mares are extremely sure footed and never spook or act up in any way.  They are the most trustworthy mares I have ever owned and go, literally, any where they are pointed.

And last, but, not least, is Jesse.  This little 7yr. old POA mare came to us on a trade and is the little grand kids favorite mare.  She doesn't much like bigger riders, but, is quiet as can be when her rider is small.  She is in foal to Ransom for June and with her dorsal stripe and bridle stripping on her legs, it is bound to be CUTE!!  The picture doesn't do her justice.

Two of my eight grand children are aboard.  With cargo that precious, only the right pony will do!!
